Shipping policy

At CRYSTALS, we want to ensure that your orders are shipped to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We use DHL for international orders and offer 1-2 day delivery within Qatar.

For international orders, we ship via DHL and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its progress.

Kindly note that custom orders takes upto 3-5 weeks upon the purchase depending on the shipping. please note for the custom orders payment should be completed beforehand so we can proceed the purchase order immediately after the payment is done. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. CRYSTALS is not responsible for any additional fees or taxes imposed by customs authorities.

For domestic orders within Qatar, we offer 1-2 day delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

If you need to change your shipping address or have any other special requests, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible if your order has already been shipped.
