Aurora Amethyst is a relatively new variety of amethyst that was discovered in Mexico in 2018. It is named for its stunning display of colors, which includes shades of purple, blue, and green that create a rainbow effect. The gemstone is believed to have formed under specific geological conditions that caused the crystal lattice to be altered, resulting in the unique coloration. A stone that symbolises calmness, peace and harmony. The rainbow shining colors around it come hand in hand with a promise of sunshine after rain and calm after storms giving a strong meaning to its use.
