Refund policy
Our refund policy allows customers to return regular items within 5 working days of the purchase date. However, we cannot accept returns for items on sale or skin care tools.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. To complete the return process, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, and that these costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email or WhatsApp message to let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will automatically process the refund using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
